About Hector Duarte's piece: The story was powerful and even vivid despite so few words. I think this is one of the best flash fiction I have read in months. I would love to read more of his writing.
The 99 words of Sabrina Stoessinger's story "Pop-Tarts and Beastie Boys" creates such a vivid image. I can so picture the dancing, and too well picture getting busted by the ski-patrol.
Stephen J. Davis'piece "Deposit" is a great example of what a drabble should be. It was both funny and poignant.
